MICROBE public deliverables

MICROBE has successfully finalised the reporting related to the activities of the first project year 1 and 2. 

The project progress review indicated complete satisfaction with the project implementation and progress made. 

The related public deliverable up to Month 30 are:

Guidance on microbiome sample accessioning
Inventory of currently available standards/guidelines/best practices for microbiome sample pre-analytics
List of priorities for future isolation-based approaches of microbiota
Guidance document for the standardised pre-analytic workflow
White paper on ethical and regulatory aspects
Guiding principles for the use of microbiomes - ELSI in human and veterinary microbiome biobanking and research
Search services for microbiome sample and dataset discovery across select core public repositories

The related deliverables of the reporting period 3 (18 months, Aug. 2025 - Jan. 2027) will be made available as soon as the reports have been evaluated and accepted here. The related deliverables will be the following:

  • Preserved and characterized microbiome samples
